Step 1

Deciding to lose weight is a commitment to you that you will not regret. The issue is always how to do it and who can help me. At Performance Chiropractic we use a proven method, that uses no shots, shakes, meal replacements, crazy exercise routines, or other gimmicks. Step 2

Once we have your initial information, we will be able to determine a safe amount of weight for you to lose over the 45 days of losing for this program. Most people lose 20 pounds or more during this time. We will go through in detail how the program works and how to track everything that is going on while you are on the program. 

Step 3

While on the program, you will on average meet with our team every other week. We do this either via Zoom or in person. You will have receive daily emails with tips and tricks and motivation to stay on track. Along with that, you will be able to message us with a guaranteed response time of 24 hours though we usually respond within the hour. The program is divided up into 3 distinct phases.  Each phase serves a different purpose. We will be there for each phase.
